This is the the original 1.6 K engine fitted in 1999. Standard except for air filter and exhaust system.

The 1.8 K engine fitted in 2002, tuned to the following spec
- Ported VVC head to Dave Andrew's spec
- Piper 734 cams, double springs
- Solid cam followers, standard VVC valves
- Omega forged pistons
- Balanced internals
- Lightweight flywheel
- Uprated Clutch
- Jenvey throttle bodies
- 100mm trumpets
- Large ITG air filter
- Emerald ECU
